1. Generating creative design ideas and concepts in line with the mall brand identities, develop visual communication concepts and finalize all artworks to the highest quality standards.
2. Managing the graphic design and finalization of all marketing materials (ATL/BTL/Outdoor/Digital etc) for the Mall/Malls and Corporate Brand.
Job detail: Centre marketing
1. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, to develop numerous brand and tactical campaigns throughout the year on multiple media channels.
2. Interpreting and understanding every creative brief presented and its objectives prior to developing creative ideas in line with the brand and the mall’s corporate identity.
3. Developing creative concepts from inception right through to adaptation and finalization of all campaign materials (ATL, BTL, outdoor, digital etc).
4. Re-designing, amending and updating existing mall materials (ATL, BTL, outdoor, digital etc).
5. Managing re-branding as and when required (i.e. mall collaterals and creative visuals for the mall’s loyalty programme,).
Internal
• Foster relationships with mall departments and properties Marketing Managers.
External
• Liaising with printers and media buying agencies regarding print files for BTL and ATL materials to ensure the size, specification and quality is correct.
Primary skills: (needs to have a proven track record demonstrating these skills)
1. Working to tight deadlines and under pressure (especially where back-to-back campaigns are concerned) to ensure all collaterals are completed well in advance of the campaign start date
2. Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
3. Must have excellent attention to detail, a good eye for design and creative.
4. Familiar with Kuwait culture, and graphical restrictions, following the international trends and always up to date with what’s new in terms of design and application.
5. Familiar with production techniques and paper types.
6. Able to illustrate & suggest design techniques
7. Familiar with short videos composing
8. Good presentation skills.
9. Creative writing skills.
10. Energetic personality.
Education & experience:
Required:
1. The candidate should hold a Bachelors degree in a related graphic field along with 3-5 years’ hands on experience in graphic design.
2. Experience in MAC and PC environments combined with a high level of proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Social Media Applications, Flash, Apple Keynote and Acrobat. Illustration and Photoshop skills in particular would be an advantage.
3. Fluency in spoken and written English is essential and Arabic would be an advantage, but not a requirement

re:food is a humanitarian non-profit initiative by the youth of Kuwait. It aims to eliminate food wastage in the food & beverage industry of Kuwait through food re-distribution to local beneficiaries. We aim to encourage and connect individuals, families, businesses, and organizations in the fight against food wastage.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Food Bank Manager is responsible for the overall management and smooth operation of the re:food program. The Food Bank Manager directs staff and volunteers to ensure that the needs of Food Bank partners are met in an efficient, safe and respectful manner. The bulk of the job involves the management of inventory, quality control, and beneficiaries as well as supplier coordination. The Food Bank Manager will be guided by the Principles of re:food and will promote these principles among staff, volunteers and program participants. Reports to the Executive Director.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
• Train, support, schedule and supervise two paid staff and volunteers to meet program needs and objectives;
• Manage inventory management including food deliveries, and donation pick-ups, rotation of inventory, packaging and processing’s;
• Provide for optimal pickup of goods for food bank beneficiaries; conduct periodic program evaluation;
• Ensure a safe, healthy food bank environment;
• Participate in fundraising and communications strategies specific to the Food Bank, and support the achievement of organization’s overall resource development and fundraising objectives;
• Assist in preparation and administration of annual program budget;
• Use the management software efficiently and enter all data accordingly to provide suppliers with up-to-date information regarding their donations;
• Ensure all contractual obligations are met with regard to program activities, outcomes, audits and reporting;
• Provide for optimal communication among staff, volunteers and program participants;
• Maintain and adhere to all guidelines and regulations pertaining to safety, sanitation and food service;
